You’ll be able to update your system’s standard schedule with a few simple drag-and-drop movements. You’ll also be able check your system’s current state, and override the schedule to turn the system to Run, Standby, or Off. With these tools, you can quickly and easily update your room’s oxygenation to match your dynamic lifestyle.

Homeowners: Because we want to ensure only the owner of the system has full control of the account, we will manually validate your Administrator status before allowing your app to access your Altistat. If you are the homeowner, please fill out this form to begin that process. The Administrator will be able to grant access to someone else in your family, or who you’d like to manage your system’s schedule on your behalf, such as a property manager or builder, through the Service Portal. If you have any questions about verifying authorized users, please contact us at service@altitudecontrol.com.

Property Managers and Builders: If you are a property manager or builder, please contact us at service@altitudecontrol.com with the address of the project and the contact information for the homeowner. The homeowner will need to set up an Administrator account and validate you as an authorized user of the system. As soon as you are validated, you will be able to make changes to the Altistat system on your client’s behalf.
